The Štinjan 2023 project is our new project with flats/apartments in an ideal position and size for an unforgettable vacation in peace and quiet, yet close to the sea and summer offers. The building extends over two floors, ground floor + 2nd floor, each flat/apartment has a parking space. The sizes of apartments/apartments are from 30m2-75m2, offered as studios, one-room and two-room apartments.
