In 2020 a high-quality facility in Ližnjan has been finished. The municipality of Ližnjan has grown together with Medulin and is the quieter one of the two resorts. The buildings are constructed completely new by using materials of highest quality including outdoor area and the ready to use apartments are equipped with exclusive interior (i.e. design-tiles, natural stone and wooden parquet floor). The complex is located near by the sea approximately 500 m away from next beach. The offered units are on the one hand beautiful duplex apartments (on 2 floors) including alternatively garden/terrace or balcony-terrace respectively with see view till the island Cres.On the other hand the large apartments on the top floor with separate entry are created on one level offering a great sea view. Some of the apartments are already completely furnished including fully equipped kitchen, the other apartments are in the status of being ready for occupancy (all sanitary facilities, floors etc. are implemented in high-quality design, just the furniture and the kitchen are not equipped). On the back side of the buildings a big car parking area is connected, providing at least one comfortable parking place per apartment. The following apartment sizes/types are offered: • 16 duplex apartments: from 65 till 72 m2 • 4 top floor apartments : from 85 till 87 m2 In case of a later rental, the value added tax paid at the time of purchase can be charged against the purchase price. The income from letting of vacation properties is generally tax benefited in Croatia, on demand a corresponding cost-effective administration of the apartment together with management of the renting could be mediated.
